Founded and Established in 2009, Firstcall Health became part of the change in how agency work is perceived.

They are all about building positive relationships from their professional team behind the scenes who make it all happen, to the amazing staff they recruit and clients they service. They service all of VIC suburbs as well as some regional areas and are growing daily with their recruitment team of professionals.

The Problem

With over 8000 members, and being one of Melbourne’s leading suppliers of personnel to the healthcare industry, Firstcall Health’s old website was dated with limited functionality. It did not give their members everything they had wanted and was also difficult for admin staff to manage.

The Solution

DesignQ designed and developed a new responsive (mobile-friendly) website that not only loaded fast and looked good, but also streamlined their online registration process, and created a much more intuitive and user friendly member area.

Since going live with the new website both admin staff and their members have enjoyed a much better experience.
